4. Booking and Payment Terms
4.1 Booking Process

4.2 Payment Terms

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 60 days before departure: 90% refund (less deposit)
- 31-60 days before departure: 50% refund
- 15-30 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
5.2 Company Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:
- Insufficient participant numbers
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Safety concerns or government restrictions
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In case of company cancellation, customers will receive a full refund or alternative arrangements.
5.3 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation costs, medical expenses, and other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Health and Safety Requirements
6.1 Fitness Requirements
- Customers must disclose relevant medical conditions or physical limitations
- Some tours require specific fitness levels clearly outlined in tour descriptions
- We reserve the right to exclude participants who cannot safely complete activities
